I am currently assisting an Auto Finance company in hiring multiple Collections Agents. This role is located in Alpharetta, GA, however has the opportunity to earn a hybrid schedule after proven performance. This is a phenomenal company to grow your career in the Auto Finance industry and will have many opportunities to progress your career post completion of contract period.

Training: Fully on site for 1-2 months; has the ability to earn a hybrid schedule (2 days in office/3 days remote) after proven performance

Hours of Operation: 8am - 8pm Mon - Sat (Will receive a 40 hour schedule between hours of operation; will be required to work 1 Saturday per month)

Description:

• Will primarily place Early Stage Collections (29-59 days past due) calls

• Will place outbound calls and work to set up payment arrangements and assist customer in getting out of a delinquent status

• Receives payments

• High volume outbound calls are placed on an auto-dialing system

• Held to key performance indicators such as conversion rate of setting up payment plans/collections

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6 Months of Prior Collections Experience (Preferably 1st Party)

• 2+ Years of Call Center Experience

• Ability to commute to Alpharetta

Desired, but not Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual ability (written/spoken) in Spanish

• Auto Finance Experience

• Prior Banking Experience
