We are seeking a highly motivated detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in our offices in Asturias .

The purpose of this job is to support the Financial and Vendor Management Program in the LSCA (Legal, Sustainability, Corporate Affairs) function. This support includes conducting administrative work processes, assisting with the creation of documents, scheduling meetings, organizing information, processing invoices, creating purchase orders, onboarding new vendors, and other administrative tasks that assist the legal professionals in their work.

The person we are looking for will have the following skillset:

  • Strong work ethic.

  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm.

  • Excellent organization skills.

  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Adept at proactively managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.

  • Precise attention to detail.

  • Process-oriented.

  • Ability to learn and utilize new technology.

The following is required for this role:

  • Administrative assistant experience.

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Flexibility in schedule; this person will support people in multiple time zones.

The following is preferred for this role :

  • 2-3 years experience as an administrative assistant.

  • Excellent technical skills and expertise.

  • Procurement or accounts payable experience.

  • Working knowledge of SAP.

Pay Range (in local currency):

€27,600.00 - €43,125.00
