"Our agency client is seeking a Creative Services Manager help lead design and content marketing initiatives. You'll lead a growing team of design, copywriting, social media, and web development specialists.This is a fully remote 30 - 40 hours a week freelance to possible full-time opportunity.Creative Service Manager Responsibilities:- Managing and leading our content marketing and creative design team, ensuring clarity in assignments, requirements, project schedules, and delivery plans. - Generate clear ideas, concepts, storyboards, wireframes and timeline- Plan how to best showcase clients products and services - Determining production requirements by reviewing client demand- Take ownership to ensure quality of the finished creative product- Re-define and help implement best practices, collaborating with all team members to ensure proper management and smooth transition of projects-Own Project budgets and timelines, managing our team and client expectations accordingly.Creative Services Manager Requirements:- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role within an agency- Experience managing a team- Strong project management experience- Proficient with design software (Adobe Creative, Figma, Canva)- HubSpot experience preferred#IND123#LI-YR1Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
