RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Respond to customers in social media management platform 

  • Coordinate with team members on one-off engagement opportunities sourced from social media 

  • Create and update content publishing in the digital content management system 

  • Project manage content and tracking deadlines  

  • Migrate content from various sources into required templates 

  • Create and publish short form writing 

  • Perform content audits of site content and recommend/implement changes to improve user experience  

  • Track and enter data  

  • Contribute to Weekly and monthly reporting 

  • Participate in virtual and occasional on-site client meetings 

    EDUCATION 

  • B.A. degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field  

    REQUIREMENTS 

  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years prior in-house or agency social media community management, analytics or digital experience  

  • Must have project management experience; Asana is a plus 

  • Must possess attention to detail with ability to troubleshoot 

  • Experience with Google Analytics, digital performance metrics, and managing data for basic reporting 

  • Experience with social media management tool (such as Sprinklr) preferred 

  • Shopify experience is a plus 

  • Must have strong writing skills
