The Global Access Solutions BAP team plays a critical role in supporting business’ financial strategy. Global Access Solutions is a newly acquired Business that will be part of the Security Business under Building Automation SBG. The team is responsible for Financial Integration, consolidating financial results, preparing month end reporting, serving as liaison with Business BAP, tracking operational improvement actions and supporting the AOP, STRAP, and formal forecast processes.
This role is an integral part of the Building Automation BAP team and collaborates closely with senior management, providing data-driven recommendations related to operations, finances, and overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Support Processes and Systems Integration
Acquisition Value Tracking
Train new Global Access Solutions team members
Analysis and Insights of functional cost, including monitor cost centers and track variances against budget
Ownership of Global consolidated P&L reporting
Support pulse, R&O, and month end process
Identify Risks and Opportunities
AOP / Formal Forecast preparation & analysis
Partner with leadership
Identify improvement areas and implement process improvements
Establish clear processes
Work independently
Collaborate effectively
You Must Have
5 + years of Financial Experience
We Value
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to develop robust interactive excel models independently
Financial systems and reporting experience
Experience developing forecasts and operating plans
Exceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers)
Direct communication with clarity at all levels
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual
The ability to make consistent and timely decisions
The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns in results
Proficiency in Hyperion/HFM and Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation development skills
