  • Responsible for the management, coaching, and development of the Sales Scheduling Team which consists ofLog Editors, LogSpecialists, and Supervisor, and insure that aqualitylinearcommercial log, that has maximized advertising revenue,is produced and distributed toMaster Controls forCNN, HLN, Airport News and CNN Espanol networks.

*The Day-to-Day *

  • Acts as a liaison between Sales Operations, Sales, Strategic Planning, Master Control, Commercial Clearance, and Promos, in an effort to bridge the requests and needs of these various areas , to create a high quality on-air look for the news networks through a linear commercial log .
  • Ensure advertising placement is accurate and has maximized Revenue opportunities across Turner’s News Networks
  • Additional duties include facilitating and implementing all last-minute requests (Breaking News) of our internal and external clients through the processing of additional revenue (orders)
  • Lead and professionally develop a team of Editors, Specialists, and Supervisor
  • Manage the efficiency and workflow of the Sales Scheduling team
  • Assist Strategic Planning with recapturing preempted inventory
  • Keeping Sales informed of any last-minute program changes and special programming that will affect sensitive advertisers and/or increase/decrease current week break structures and inventory

  • 3-5 years Traffic or Sales Operations Management experience
  • 3-5 years Management experience
  • 3-5 years Traffic or Sales Operations experience
  • Organizational and business process experience
