Chick-fil-A Workforce Strategist (up to 3-year project) in Atlanta, Georgia

Overview

The Workforce Strategist will develop and shape a program that provides a streamlined and supportive engagement experience for Staff, External Workers, and external Talent Suppliers as we partner together to achieve business objectives. This role includes responsibilities in program development, user experience enhancement, process optimization, and training and development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and articulation of strategies for fostering seamless collaboration and partnership between Staff, External Workers, and external Talent Suppliers.

  • Project management and coordination of a portfolio of projects across Talent Planning.

  • Prepare an end-to-end process audit with an eye towards user experience enhancement and opportunities to streamline for scale. Analyze activity and user feedback, prepare user journey maps for multiple audiences, iterate to enhance the user experience.

  • Design, develop, and deliver an onboarding experience that ensures a coordinated and productive integration.

  • Responsible for partnering cross-functionally to develop a playbook for, and pilot Strategic Partners Summits with Business Leaders and key Talent Suppliers from across the organization.

  • Establish and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of the program and impact on the business.

  • Evaluate and understand affected stakeholders, crafting personas and thorough assessments of change impacts to guide stakeholder experiences.

  • Develop tailored change management approaches to facilitate various project types, such as technology integrations, business process enhancements, and cultural initiatives.

  • Implement change management strategies encompassing written communications, stakeholder involvement, leadership synchronization, training initiatives, and oversight of change advocate networks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration

  • 5 years work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Economics

  • 10 years work experience
