Amazon Business SSR (Small Businesses) team is seeking a talented Sr Product Manager to lead New Customer’s growth in the US and the Internal Email channel World Wide (WW). As a senior leader in the WW Acquisition and Onboarding team, you will be responsible for laying the foundation of the US Acquisition and onboarding strategy as well as to set the vision of the Internal Email channel and drive implementation across WW countries. You are expected to own VP level business goals, influence tech and operations teams, communicate clearly and compellingly and deliver excellent results managing a team of marketing managers. You will hire and develop a team of strong marketers focused on Acquisition, engagement and retention. The role requires innovative thinking, people management skills and a strong customer and quality focus. The Sr. Product Manager will work closely with the EU and US-based channel and regional leaders, engineering team along with other Amazon teams to implement a strategy that is coordinated across all B2B initiatives at Amazon. This role needs to be based in Austin.

Key job responsibilities

•Hire and Develop the WW Email registration team

•Develop the WW Email and US registration plan and execute marketing strategies

•Define mechanisms to report to the business leaders

•Partner with WW AB teams to define short- and long-term plans to grow Email and Us registrations

•Work cross-functionality with a diverse set of Amazon teams including Technology, , Retail, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Tax, Finance and Customer Service to deliver on shared goals

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
