English Language Learning Manager HR Business Partner in Beijing, China

About the role: We are currently looking for a forward-thinking Strategic Human Resources Business Partner Manager to join our vibrant team. This role is tailor-made for someone who is not just about aligning HR strategies with business goals but is passionate about being the catalyst for change, driving organizational effectiveness, boosting employee engagement, and creating a culture where continuous improvement and innovation aren't just buzzwords—they're a way of life.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic HR Partner for business leaders providing targeted support to in the areas of change management, talent strategy, organization design, performance/talent/rewards management, and employee relations; project management of enterprise-wide HR change initiatives; and coaching leaders on HR strategy, development, and culture transformation.

As a Human Resources Business Partner Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Team up with the top leaders to pinpoint HR necessities and whip up solutions that hit the mark. Craft and roll out strategic HR blueprints that are fully aligned with our company's business objectives.

  • Despite of being a local HRBP, this person needs to ensure the link between the region and ELL global operation as a whole.

  • Proactively identify what are the risks, opportunities, strengths, or efficiencies exists on this region and transform those insights into proposals, action plan or initiatives to support the business results.

  • Dive deep into HR metrics and data to guide the decision-making process and showcase the impact of HR initiatives.

  • Offer up your wisdom through coaching and mentoring on HR topics to both leaders and team members.

  • Partner with HR COEs in Talent, Performance and Reward Management to provide guidance to HA leaders to provide appropriate solutions to meet business needs.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable. A solid 7 years in HR as a business partner.

  • A proven partnership with the top brass in using HR strategies to hit business goals out of the park.

  • A track record that's bursting with successful HR strategy tales and a deep dive into employment laws and regulations.

  • Global mindset and cultural awareness to identify how to navigate across local and global teams with same level of influence and acceptance.

  • Keen business acumen, strong analytic and problem-solving skills and tremendous drive for results
