工作内容：

1.通过电话联系和实地访问催收欠款.

2.授权并进行设备收回

3.汇报逾期结果，并对潜在的信用损失给予建议

4.与经销商、地区经理和客户建立并保持稳固的工作关系.

5.及时协调解决逾期账户的客户服务问题.

6.每周或每月向老板汇报工作进展.

7.向公司管理层提供有关收款活动及坏账客户的回收情况报告。

8.发现工作流程中的问题及持续改善

9.了解公司的规章制度，并负责将其应用于工作的各个方面。

岗位要求：

1，本科学历，专业不限

2，具备熟练的车辆驾驶能力

3，较强的沟通表达能力，包括面对面、电话以及邮件沟通

4，工作地点在广州，具备独立在广东省内出差完成工作的能力

5，了解金融服务法律法规

6，了解并能够应用融资租赁和税收原则

7，具备通过持续改进方法参与流程改进的能力

8，在大多数情况下，能够在有限的协助下处理复杂问题

9，具有一定的数学计算技能，包括数据收集和分析

10，具有了解并分析客户资产状况及制定解决方案的能力

11，具有一定的办公软件技能，包括但不限于Excel/Word

12，具有租赁或者工程机械相关经验优先

13，每个月三分之一的时间需要出差（广东内）
