Job Description:

Provide HR and systems support for a group of 10-20 employees to include but not limited to:

Monitor/approve time reports

Access requests and periodic renewals

Escalations management

Vacation and shift scheduling

Monitor skill/proficiency levels of members on team

Monitor productivity levels, identify and resolve issues that reduce desired/required cycle times and jeopardize required scan frequency

Provide guidance and coaching to team members on various
