We are seeking individuals who thrive under pressure are able to multi-task and reliabe for our Benicia site. This person will report to the Accounting Manager and be responsible for auditing and tracking daily Customer requirements against our IBMi System to ensure what is being done in the yard. They will process Monthly Billing Instructions for AR to complete and are a bridge between Accounting and Operations, while maintaining a good repour with the Customer. This includes compiling data from different sources, preparing reports for management. Must have Intermediate Excel (Test required), attention to detail, must be punctual/responsible, ability to multitask in high stress situations, able to work with tight deadlines, ability to work alone or in a team environment, adapts well to change, sharp learning curve, knoweldge of Automotive Industry helpful, ability to sit/stand for multiple hours.

salary: $23 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Support to Customer requests via email/phone in a timely manner

Tracking daily production in multiple systems

Reconciliation of Vin numbers

Generate Billing Instructions based on production with supporting back up each month

Correct errors/issues in multiple systems

Heavy excel use

Other duties as assigned
