Analyst (m/f/d) Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving financial accountability and profitability by collaborating closely with various business partners within the Global Business Unit and across Dentsply Sirona. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial accountability and profitability across the business unit.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial analysis and planning reports, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.

  • Lead the annual budgeting process for the respective area(s), ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.

  • Draft comprehensive business plans, incorporating financial forecasts and performance metrics.

  • Track project-related spending, monitor milestone achievements, and provide financial support throughout the new product development cycle.

  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support decision-making processes.

  • Ensure accurate financial statements including accruals by collaborating with different stakeholders and monitoring expenses.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to financial planning and analysis.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.

  • Multiple years of experience in financial planning and analysis

  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and profitability within a complex organization.

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Hyperion, PowerBI) is preferred.
