ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Working Student Creative Operations EU. The Working Student, alongside the Creative Campaign Manager, will play a pivotal role in supporting the Creative team's day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth execution of creative campaigns for EU5 (Germany, Italy, France, Spain, the UK). They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Content Productions, Social Media, Finance, UX and local Brand leads to ensure alignment and efficiency.
In this dynamic environment, the Working Student - Creative Operations EU will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the creative campaign lifecycle, from briefing and asset development to localization and performance. They will play a crucial role in maintaining organized repositories and databases, enabling easy access and retrieval of campaign creative assets for EU markets. They will also contribute to the continuous improvement of creative operations processes by documenting best practices, lessons learned, and identifying areas for optimization This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on learning and exposure to various aspects of Marketing.
As a Working Student - Creative Operations EU, you will...
Assist in organizing the creative development of marketing campaigns and other projects, documentation, timelines, and creative resource allocation
Review localized campaign assets (photo, video, copy) for consistency across touchpoints
Support with the coordination of translations in the EU, and provide a sense-check on German copy on certain assets and projects as needed
Provide materials for quarterly sizzle reels and global presentations, handling requests, quality checks, asset prioritization, and transcript requests
Update project and creative asset management tools with relevant information real time.
Prepare creative wrap-ups (copy, statics, video) for partner approvals

Basic Qualifications
Fluent/Native-level German and great command of English
Microsoft Office user knowledge
Full time student, enrolled in either your first state-accredited (Staatlich Anerkannt) Bachelor or Master in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and have at least 1 year of studies left
Preferred Qualifications
High interest in marketing communications as well as in the entertainment industry
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistency and quality standards
Positive attitude and a solutions-oriented mindset
Knowledge of any further EU4 language (French, Italian, Spanish)
Familiarity with project management tools (such as JIRA, FIGMA and Iconik)
Experience with creative development is good, but broader project management experience across a variety of marketing initiatives, media channels (both traditional and digital) and cross-functional areas (such as product development and market research)

Student position for 20h per week
Compensated with €15.87 per hour
