Your Job If you\'re interested in soliciting and servicing a variety of residential mortgage loans, our Mortgage Banker III role may be for you! We invite you to consider joining our Mortgage Lending team. Responsibilities: Develops business using a targeted sales plan and focused sales routines that include building relationships with borrowers, potential borrowers, real estate agents, and builders/developers. Counsels clients on possible solutions Gathers all initial documentation based on recommended loan program. Processes the loan data through an automated underwriting system. Monitors processing through closing Fosters relationships with other lines of business to generate cross sales activity.
