The PDE TPM is responsible for MOD/SSD manufacturing program leadership, they own the MOD/SSD products within MFG. TPM’s are the voice of MFG in the PDT and represent manufacturing NPI at subcon and internal sites.

PDE TPM’s are responsible for ensuring manufacturing does not create delays in the critical path of product development and a successful launch of MOD/SSD programs into HVM.

The TPM will hold regular meetings with the manufacturing teams to evaluate product feasibility, raise awareness to DFX issues, drive decisions to improve MVA costs and support product development and design needs.

The TPM collects, studies, and communicates product requirements to ensure label, DFM, and the appropriate technical development projects are enabled to support successful release of MOD/SSD programs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of Module/SSD products within defined timelines.

  2. Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to drive the package development process for Modules and SSDs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.

  3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

  4. Manage risks and proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule.

  5. Work closely with external partners, vendors, and internal teams to align on technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of Module/SSD packages into end products.

  6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the package development process.

  7. Collaborate with other program managers to ensure alignment across various projects and optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degree preferred.

  2. Proven experience in technical program management, specifically in Module SSD or semiconductor-related field

  3. Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.

  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders..

  5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and lead teams

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$100,000.00 - $216,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
