Beacon Hill Staffing Group Marketing/Administrative Assistant in Brooklyn, New York

A local, independent, boutique real estate brokerage located in Brooklyn New York is seeking to hire a Temp-to-Perm Marketing/Administrative Assistant to join their team and be a part of their long-term growth. This position requires someone who is looking for an opportunity where they can wear many hats and and grow within the company. Someone who is ambitious, positive, and creative is best suited for this role. Hours and schedule are part-time and flexible during the temp period but will become full-time after a few weeks. Once full-time, this candidate will be on a 9am-5pm schedule, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative
    • Employ excellent communication skills and provide exceptional customer service
    • Schedule appointments and manage team calendars
    • Compile Purchase Applications/Board Packages
    • Create training manual, documenting methods, tools and standards
    • Manage office supply inventory and order supplies
    • Ensure efficient digital file management and paper-free office
    • Help maintain a clean and orderly office environment
  • Marketing
    • Develop and distribute timely marketing content across platforms (e.g., direct mail, digital)
    • Manage Customer Relationship management (CRM) system, routinely updating contact information
    • Ensure consistent branding amongst all marketing materials
    • Create monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc, neighborhood-specific market reports
    • Prepare Open House marketing materials
    • Update window display (e.g., Listings, Open Houses, Announcements, Advertisements)
    • Assist in social media content development and account management
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional products (i.e., Swag)
    • Plan and coordinate marketing events
    • Analyze market trends and conduct ad-hoc analyses
    • Track and report marketing activities
    • Assist with design and staging, as necessary
    • Conduct property showings, if licensed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively and independently
Compensation/Benefits:
  • While temping, we will pay between $20-25/hr. Once converted, we will pay between 50K - 60K
  • 401K with 3-4% match
