More about this role

You will help develop a comprehensive view of what great looks like in retail enterprises for our categories. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Get to know how a multinational FMCG company works

  • Work with iconic brands such as Milka, Sport, Oreo, Győri Édes and 7days

  • Gain insight into the workings of the biggest Hungarian retailers

  • Learn about the Bakery, Confectionary and Candy markets

  • Learn about the most commonly used KPIs in market data analysis

  • Get to know the basics of Category Management

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support the Sales and the Category Planning departments‘ day-to-day operations,

  • Create regular and ad-hoc Nielsen reports and analyze the results,

  • Help with preparations for presentations at management meetings,

  • Keep the sell-out databases updated, creating ad-hoc reports,

  • Help with administrative tasks

Education / Certifications:

  • Student or recent graduate (up to 1 year) of economics, preferably with focus on sales and marketing

Job specific requirements:

  • fluent Hungarian and English

  • Can-do attitude

  • Analytical thinking, being able to draw conclusions from sales data

  • Ability to learn fast and work independently

  • Good problem solving and communication skills

  • High interest in customer and shopper insights,

  • You work confidently with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint

Part time: 25 hours/week

Hybrid work model: min. 1 day/week from the office

Duration: 12 months
