Job Description:

Under the general direction of the General Counsel and the Senior Associate General Counsel, provides ongoing paralegal assistance and support to Legal Department attorneys and others within the organization on a wide variety of health care and general corporate issues.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies; OR Bachelors Degree with Paralegal Certificate. Notary Public License preferred. Seven years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department. Knowledge of health care law is helpful. Excellent internet and computer skills; proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat.
