Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC Content Services Specialist in Burbank, California

Shift: Monday-Friday

Compensation: $30-32/hr

The Content Service Specialists' primary responsibilities involve asset management from pre-qualification, content interrogation to ensure proper specifications, as well as QC of graphics outputs and assets. This role is specialized to complex projects and furthering workflow developments within operations. Other responsibilities will include involvement in testing of tools and applications, managing associated data entry related to asset work orders, working with all departments and providing regular feedback to the Project Team, Mastering, GFX, Subtitling and Content Services.

The ideal candidate will be expected to be highly motivated, possess a flexible attitude and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. In addition, they must be able to work as part of a team that deals with changing priorities and workloads.

Responsibilities:

· Receive, evaluate and prepare source assets including image, audio and any supplemental materials

· Pre-Qualifications of source assets received

· Assist IO department with ingest of physical elements to production servers

· Import, manage, and assess incoming assets from both a tech spec and content requirement

· QC of graphics outputs and assets

· Liaise with internal Graphics teams to ensure accurate deliverables

· Assist with scheduling and prioritization for production tasks across multiple projects

Requirements

· Comprehensive understanding of Digital Cinema and Home Entertainment workflows, and industry standard picture and audio media formats

· Good technical skills and basic knowledge of industry standard tools and technologies for QC of digital media

· High level of Quality Control skills, processes and experience

· Working knowledge of aspect ratios, video and audio codecs, color space, compression

· Problem solver with creative and innovative approach with ability to think out of the box

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to prioritize, manage orders and work well under pressure to achieve deadlines whilst producing high quality work

· Detail orientated with strong organizational skills

· Ability to work on own initiative and be a good team player

· Ability and willingness to learn new methods, procedures, or techniques and take on new tasks

· Passionate about quality, customer experience and customer service excellence

Experience:

· Minimum 3 years of Digital Cinema experience

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Post Production environment
