Wells Fargo Product Marketing Senior Manager - Wealth & Investment Management in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Marketing Senior Manager who will set strategy and execute on initiatives that primarily support our diverse set of products, including retirement, banking, lending and trust, as well as other high-profile efforts for our Wealth and Investment Management business. This leader will primarily lead efforts to deepen relationships with clients and generate new business for Wells Fargo Advisors.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals to develop programs that help drive revenue and create business outcomes.

  • Develop strong relationships with executive leadership and work effectively with financial advisors and business unit leaders.

  • Engage and influence potential business partners, vendors and functional management to obtain resources and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategy, policies and business line objectives.

  • Manage the identification and development of data guided marketing strategies and programs to drive new customer acquisition.

  • Integrate plans and programs across business channels or regions, develop appropriate tracking, measurement, evaluation and test and learn opportunities.

  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of marketing team to implement projects and programs that are wide reaching, significant in scope, complexity and risk.

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Marketing.

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, or Social Media experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Financial Services, Business Development or Brokerage

  • Banking, Lending and Trust marketing campaign experience desired

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy and execution including digital marketing and social media

  • Knowledge and understanding of investment and financial services products in the financial services industry and a proven track record of deepening client relationships across offerings with affluent and high-net-worth clients

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate to drive business outcomes

  • Experience managing teams of seasoned marketing professionals

  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 Licenses desired

  • Exceptional presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification.
