About the Opportunity

The technical support manager is responsible for troubleshooting machine problems with customers, managing the warranty process, and interfacing with factory personnel to correct product deficiencies and improve product quality.

As Technical Support Manager, you will:

  • Provide technical service support to internal external customers including troubleshooting machine problems
  • Develop and provide technical service training for customer service teams and product distributors
  • Establish and manage the equipment warranty process including processing warranty claims, creating and disseminating technical service bulletins, and recovering warranty payments from suppliers
  • Maintain relationships with factory personnel to resolve issues and recommend product improvements
  • Other tasks as needed or assigned

About You

The Technical Support Manager opportunity may be a match for you if you have the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years' related experience and/or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%) both nationally and internationally (Italy)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and inventorymanagement software
  • Technical proficiency with diesel-driven construction equipment, specifically air compressors
  • Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
