Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in Chicago, Illinois
Mon - Fri 8 - 5pm. Hybrid Role, Downtown office about twice per month, Rosemont/Vernon Hills once a quarter maybe for events
Looking for:
-1-3+ recent years of experience in an office role or professional setting
-Experience using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
-HS Diploma or GED
Ideal experience:
-Executive Assistance Experience
-Bachelor's Degree
Description:
-Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
-File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
-Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails. Independently draft/compose routine letters from knowledge of processes and procedures
-Work on a variety of projects that require a high degree of confidentiality, the ability to apply good judgement, while taking initiative to meet deadlines
-Prepare and schedule activities such as travel arrangements, internal and external business meetings, conferences, and office events
-Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
-Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries
Will be supporting (1) VP and (4-5) Directors.
