- Collaborations across various business functions such as Marketing, Project Management, and Operations to define objectives and learning outcomes * Advise on design and develop the overall structure and content of the internship program. * Help identify and secure resources, such as guest speakers, workshops, and training materials, to enhance the internship experience. * Assist in the recruitment and selection process for interns, including advertising openings, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews. * Coordinate orientation sessions to onboard interns and familiarize them with the program objectives, expectations, and resources available to them. * Collect feedback from interns, mentors, and other stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of the internship program. * Analyze data and insights to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall experience for future cohorts. * Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations for program enhancement. * Other duties as assigned by management. * Collect feedback from interns, mentors, and other stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of the internship program. * Analyze data and insights to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall experience for future cohorts. * Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations for program enhancement. * Able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
