JOB PURPOSE

  • To support Planning & Control Manager and Commercial Team with contract management for the company including estimates, data analysis and commercial applications. Supporting all areas of the operations department in maximising contractual obligations

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience with data analysis

  • Data analysis, problem solving / decision making skills.

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

JOB PURPOSE

  • To support Planning & Control Manager and Commercial Team with contract management for the company including estimates, data analysis and commercial applications. Supporting all areas of the operations department in maximising contractual obligations

KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Support with effective operational & commercial contract management and data analysis

  • Support with the production of quality estimates

  • Support quality reporting and review of data sources and data extraction

  • Number of objectives met via performance management system.

  • Timely production of reports

  • Collation and filing of records

  • Accuracy and quality of documentation & data bases

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Support in the production of operational and commercial data including estimates and data analysis

  • Compiles relevant periodic and monthly data reports in support of the Planning & Control Centre manager

  • Facilitate customer relationships and assist with the production of documents to support applications, resolving queries effectively

  • Meet with the customer, internal or external at planned and adhoc meetings

  • Reviews with Finance and Commercial departments

  • Involvement in the month end financial processes

  • Resources ordering and general administration

  • To undertake any training as required

  • To assist planning with administrative tasks

  • To ensure all records & databases are accurate & maintained daily
