Job Title: Account/Program Representative

Job Description

Aerotek's client is embracing the potential of online sales and their digital marketplace. We are looking for a Program Representative to ensure the smooth operation of the program between our client and its partners. This role includes issuing, coordinating, and managing purchase orders, and ensuring parts get delivered to customers right first time within the agreed lead-time. As the Program Representative, you will also serve as the lead point of contact for the day-to-day account management and the day-to-day operational needs of the assigned programs. Other responsibilities include managing order expedites and updates, issue escalations to Program Manager, supporting monthly reviews with metrics, updating and producing operational reporting, identifying business growth opportunities, supporting program risk management, highlighting and developing process efficiency and improvements, and performing all other duties as assigned.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Doral, Florida.

Work Environment

Clean, organized and open workspace - very nice building/atmosphere to work in with cafeteria and on-site fitness center for employees. All positions are 90 day contract to hire.

Working hours are from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday with some opportunity for overtime.
