Robert Half Sr Technical Project/Program Manager in Durham, North Carolina

Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a detail-oriented Office Manager in Durham, North Carolina. The role involves managing a multitude of projects in the healthcare industry, including data warehouse integration and budgeting. You will be part of a dynamic team, coordinating multiple tasks concurrently, and driving project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all are executed in accordance with industry best practices.

• Engage delivery partners across various domains such as IT, architecture, analytics, and enterprise security for software development projects.

• Monitor project budgets and manage budget allocations in accordance with financial processes.

• Proactively manage the change request process for project level scope, schedule, and budget changes throughout the project life cycle.

• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies where necessary.

• Ensure that deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to multiple project schedules.

• Drive project deliverables and compliance through the vendor contracting process for multiple vendors.

• Manage the execution of contracted work to ensure contract compliance and timely receipt of deliverables and funds.

• Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Assist with project data warehouse integration and budgeting tasks as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Strong planning and project management skills

• Experience in compliance and adherence to best practices

• Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures

• Knowledge of hiring processes and procedures

• Budgeting and financial analysis capabilities

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks

• Experience in receipt methods and monitoring tools

• Ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively

• Familiarity with video conferencing tools and agile methodology

• Experience in funds migration and healthcare systems

• Understanding of analytics and using data to inform decisions

• Proficiency in using About Time software for time tracking
