BOUTIQUE LAW FIRM in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced attorney to spearhead the growth of their ESTATE PLANNING and/or ELDER LAW practice. The ideal candidate would enjoy mentoring others and know how to cultivate new and existing clients relationships effectively.

The firm offers competitive salaries + bonus structure, full benefits, and a flexible, hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities could include:

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.

• Advise clients on asset protection strategies, including Medicaid planning and long-term care planning.

• Assist clients with guardianship and probate matters.

• Stay up-to-date on current elder law and estate planning legislation.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation range for this position is $100,000K to $180,000 dependent on experience. Benefits available with this position include medical insurance with premiums 100% covered; participation in the company's 401(k) plan with 4% match, flexible paid time off and more.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active Washington State Bar license.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in elder law and/or estate planning.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Compassionate and understanding demeanor when working with seniors and their families.
