IsoMetrix HR Coordinator in Fourways, South Africa

We are looking for a candidate with suitable qualifications and experience to join our dynamic and passionate team to oversee all aspects of Human Resource practises and processes.

Main purpose of Job:

Responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR Department.

Primary responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in job posting creation and distribution on various platforms.

  • Schedule interviews.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.

  • Conduct reference checks and ID screenings for potential candidates.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and training schedules.

  • Process employee terminations and handle offboarding procedures.

  • Ensure all onboarding and offboarding documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed and assist in data analysis.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Initiates changes to the HRIS associated with various employee events such as job or organization changes and salary actions

  • Perform periodic data audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy

  • Administer all HR modules on PaySpace.

  • Assist with all statutory reporting such as Employment equity and skills development.

  • Coordinate committees on wellness, training, health and safety, culture, and communications as needed.

  • Maintain HR templates

  • Prepare employment contracts, change letters, increase letters, etc.

  • Generate HR reports when required

  • Assist with HR issues and general administration duties

Benefits Administration:

  • Support benefits enrolment process and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.

  • Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of benefits.

  • Assist in organizing and facilitating employee wellness programs and initiatives.

  • Stay updated on labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Minimum education experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  • 2- 4 years of Human Resource experience.

Additional requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS such as PaySpace.

  • Good knowledge of employment/labour law.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Well organised with keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
