ASRC Federal Holding Company Technical Recruiter in Remote,

ASRC Federal Holding Company is currently seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is a hybrid remote position. Candidate must be local to Colorado Springs office. This is a pipeline position to support upcoming work.

Here at ASRC Federal Holding Company, we provide shared services, including recruitment, to our subsidiary companies located nationwide. Our companies provide an array of services to the Federal government from defense, IT, consulting, aerospace engineering, and military base operations and maintenance.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Our recruiting team operates with service level agreements to provide exceptional services to our clients. Expectations for this position will include executing innovative strategies, developing a diverse candidate pool, pre-screening, selecting, and hiring the best candidates for ASRC Federal and its Subsidiaries in a fast paced environment. Primary focus is talent sourcing and recruitment marketing.

In this position you will support Defense and Intel programs, as well as Enterprise initiatives as needed.

Position includes some of the following activities:

  • Develops sourcing strategies for talented and diverse candidates through creative methods such as job posting, data mining of the internet, on-line databases, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, networking, cold calling, competitor research, career fairs, etc.

  • Source candidates from online tools and resources.

  • Support several programs with high volume staffing needs.

  • Building talent pipelines, sourcing candidates for core competencies across the business.

  • Maintains a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates.

  • Ensure regulatory as well as client specific compliance including OFCCP, DOL, and DCAA.

  • Assists with employment advertising campaigns and programs.

  • Assists with recruitment planning including staffing metrics and applicant tracking.

  • Assists with contract transitions and incumbent capture.

Requirements:

  • Requires Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of recruiting experience, within the Federal contracting industry.

  • Experience with high volume recruiting.

  • Experience supporting highly technical, cleared positions.

  • Experience recruiting for a federal government contractor is a required.

  • Experience recruiting in the Defense/DOD industry is a required

  • Experience with recruitment marketing, social media engagement, brand awareness and engagement, campaigning, CRM tool, etc.

  • Strong talent sourcing experience.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of using staffing tools such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS, electronic job boards and social media. Strong internet mining experience.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws.

  • Strong teamwork as well as the ability to work independently. Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.

  • Experience working in a fast paced, change oriented environment.

  • Experience working within a high volume and heavy req load is required.

  • Requires initiative, passion and determination to get the job done.

  • Must be able to travel.

This position is offering a pay range of $75k - $110k depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
