The Mechatronics Sustainable Packaging (MSP) Business Solutions team is seeking a Senior Product Manager. The role requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to move quickly and be flexible while delivering high quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new product(s) vision, strategy and roadmap.

  • Work with engineering, finance and business teams to identify opportunities for new products/services that enable product development scalability.

  • Authors Working Backwards documents [PRFAQ].

  • Proactively identifies and resolves issues that may impact the product roadmap.

  • Define business requirements. Translate requirements into features and user stories.

  • Own project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Manages product implementation(s) budget, scope, and timeline.

  • Define KPIs to measure product success.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant field

  • Years of relevant work experience in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning

  • Strong bias for action and a "get it done" attitude

  • Ability to balance long-term strategic investments with near term business goals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience communicating and presenting to Sr. leadership, including technical and non-technical individuals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field

  • Experience communicating and presenting to Sr. leadership, including technical and non-technical individuals

  • Years of relevant experience in a product management role

  • Experience working with technical teams to that build/deploy technology that supports product development [Enterprise Resource Planning, Product Lifecycle Management, Application Lifecycle Management]

  • Experience with Agile, SCRUM or similar program management methodologies
