The position

By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

Work as an automation engineer in the Technical Project Support unit where tasks include:

  • Taking responsibility for technical deliveries within automation, as well as assigned project tasks in the overall project.

  • Ensuring that the company's requirements are understood by the supplier and implemented in the design.

  • Managing interfaces with other disciplines in the project and existing facilities/systems.

  • Taking charge of establishing cost, time, and resource estimates (CTR) for automation work.

  • Providing input to and ensuring the quality of project plans.

  • Contributing to procurement and tender evaluations.

  • Managing risk and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) in design.

You

  • Bachelor's or master's degree within the field of automation.

  • Experience with technical requirements and international standards.

  • Experience in establishing cost, time, and resource estimates (CTR).

  • Experience in design basis, technical requirements, and scope of work within the field.

  • Experience in organizing own work in terms of time management and documentation.

  • Experience with multidisciplinary collaboration.

  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken), willingness to learn and practise Norwegian, and a desire to work in Hammerfest.
