Our client is seeking an experienced project manager to join the team for a contract to hire opportunity.

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and overseeing the completion of projects within an organization. They are accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources, budget, and the overall success of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

• Delegate project tasks based on employee skills and strengths.

• Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Report and escalate project issues to management as needed.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders, team members and third parties/vendors.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are in alignment.

• Perform project risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business or in a related field.

• Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.

• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficient in project management software.

• Strong understanding of project management principles.

• PMP / PRINCE II certification or similar project management qualifications would be considered an advantage.
