Job Description Summary:

The Senior Analyst, International Tax is responsible for supporting tax compliance, reporting, and planning related to the Company’s international operations. This position is ideal for an ambitious tax professional who seeks variety and an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and dynamic tax department at an entrepreneurial and rapidly-growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare international tax aspects of US federal tax compliance including computations of GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, BEAT, foreign tax credits and other international-related provisions, as well as preparation of the relevant forms and technical memorandums as necessary.

• Support in the preparation of Country-by-Country reporting requirements.

• Monitor the implementation of OECD Pillar 2 initiatives and assist in the preparation of calculations and reporting requirements related to the Company’s potential Pillar 2 tax liabilities.

• Work with foreign controllers to manage foreign tax compliance requirements and support foreign cash tax forecast.

• Provide support related to the international tax aspects of IRS and foreign tax audits.

• Prepare tax provision calculations relating to the Company’s international operations, including current and deferred tax provisions, tax reserve items, and tax account reconciliations.

• Support the Company’s transfer pricing operations, including calculations, documentation, intercompany agreements, and strategic planning.

• Act as a contributor in the strategic planning and maintenance of the Company’s international structure.

• Assist in the international tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, structuring, and integration.

• Effectively communicate with management on complex tax issues as necessary, including impact of any tax reform legislation and/or internal business changes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (accounting preferred). CPA and/or MST preferred.

• 5+ years of corporate tax compliance and accounting experience; 2-3 years in the area of US international taxation.

• Detail-oriented team player, with strong organization and communication skills.

• Ability to research, comprehend, and communicate complex tax technical issues.

• Ability to work independently, as well as a part of a high-performing team, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Oracle and OneSource Tax Provision a plus.
