Job Description

1. Work closely with operational personnel to implement HSE procedure concerning environmental affairs, employee health, safety and loss prevention to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. 与生产等各运行部门紧密合作推行HSE相关的政策，程序，以及确保合规和相关 法律法规的要求。

2. Organize and conduct the routine HSE check, follow up the corrective actions组织实施定期健康安全环保检查，对整改项目进行跟踪

3. Coordinate with various departments to compile appropriate EHS reports for external submission and internal communication.协同各部门推行EHS工作，包括内部的沟通和外部的一些报告的提交。

4. Take care of all EHS communication program and EHS training programs for all associates 执行EHS相关的沟通程序和相关的培训。

5. Collect and manage safety information such as Near miss or other potential risk or suggestion from other departments, and follow up the finding. 收集和管理HSE信息，包括Near miss和合理化建议，和跟踪问题的整改。

6. Conduct the work related accident investigation and analysis, support the mfg. to finish the accident report and find the corrective action plan主导与工作相关的事故调查及分析，辅助部门完成事故报告； 对事故进行趋势分析，寻找改善措施。

7. Conduct the contractor safety program, which including the risk analysis before the work, safety training, inspection during the work, make sure all the safety control actions have done.主导承包商施工安全项目, 包括参与项目开工前风险分析，参与安全工作计划制定，主导对承包商的安全培训，并在项目过程中进行检查和监督，确保安全控制措施得到落实。

8. Management of hazard waste, living waste and recycle waste, 对固废，生活垃圾和可回收垃圾的管理。

9．Regular Occupational Hygiene and environmental monitor 定期的职业卫生和环境的监测。

10. Implement the occupational health surveillance program of the occupational health positions, which including the pre-job, on-job and off-job examination. 跟进职业危害岗位的职业健康监护方案的实施，包括员工的入职、转岗、岗中、离岗体检，员工职业监护档案的建立、入职禁忌的判定；

11. As a member of ERT, provide the support to the team building and development. 作为应急反应团队（ERT）的成员，为团队的建设和发展提供支持。

12. Ensure the group HSE standards are very well followed during the routine operation by each department owner. 确保各主管部门在日常运营等各工作环节的工作，符合集团制定的HSE标准。

Job Requirements

1. Better to have HSE working experience in related company for more than 2 years

大型制造业两年以上HSE的工作经验的优先

2. Bachelor or above education degree, HSE related 本科及以上的学历，HSE相关专业

3. Good communication skill良好的沟通能力

4. Good verbal and writing in English 良好的英文书写和表达能力

5. Good team work 良好的团队合作精神
