Kenvue Finance is recruiting for Regional Lead, Asia Pacific BUF Capability Center, located in Bangalore, India.

To drive value-driven, priority-based business partnering model in enabling critical commercial/business service, standardize and streamline financial planning related activities, we are seeking a regional lead who will lead the team in standing up Asia Pacific Business Unit Finance (BUF) Capability center to accelerate BUF autonomy and enabling in-market/regional BUF to focus on business partnering activities.

What You Will Do

General Responsibilities

• Deliver KPI requirements on planning & update process, timelines, process improvements, standard management deck & analytic tools

• Lead standardized BUF support in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) activities including gross profit calculations, R&Os and enabling effective decision making in DR, IR, and MBR

• Execute excel templates with historical data and base forecast for BUF confirmation

• Support market and segments in base forecast preparations and onestream update

• Establish robust data driven analysis for market and regional segment financial and actuals planning including data validation and system loads

• Partner with senior stakeholder to further enhance capabilities and quality of FP&A

• Manage team to provide expertise in financial reporting, FP&A, and data analytics including financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization

• Build a dynamic high energy culture ensuring high performance and highly engaged team

• Implement advanced financial and analytics tools such as PowerBI that facilitate efficient data processing, simplified data analytics tasks, and insightful analytics.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management

• 8-10 years of experience

• Finance/accounting experience; FP&A preferred

• Experience as Finance or related business partner

• Ability to lead large teams

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Financial modeling skills

• Automation and analytical tools skills
