By combining national strength and standards with personal service and local accessibility, we aim to achieve the highest level of care for elders and their families in the region.  Job Summary: Always Best Care Loudoun Senior Services is seeking a full-time Business Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This Business Coordinator will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the team by managing client/caregiver schedules, caregiver onboarding and recruiting, and basic office filing. This position will transition to including sales and marketing responsibilities throughout Loudoun County, VA. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, experience in the healthcare industry, work well both independently and with a team, and be able to handle multiple tasks with ease. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding position in the senior healthcare industry. This is a remote-hybrid position.  Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Paid time off and holidays - Training and development opportunities Responsibilities: - Manage and adjust Well Sky schedules, daily  - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files for employees - Recruit and manage onboarding of new caregivers including job postings   - Prepare payroll, biweekly  - Conduct clear, consistent, and reliable communication with clients, families, and caregivers - Coordinate and assist with marketing and promotional activities - Promote sales throughout the local community and manage incoming leads  - Support the franchise owner with day-to-day tasks and projects - Other administrative duties as assigned - Network in the local senior healthcare community, as needed Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - 1+ years(s) of administrative experience, preferably in the healthcare industry - Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time - Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality - Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel as needed EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
