HR Intern with English and Polish

What is Philips People Services (HR) ?

PPS is providing personnel administration, payroll & benefits, time management, organizational management, talent management administration for 9 European countries: Germany, Austria, Russia, Poland, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. PPS is also providing global HR tools support (Workday, ADP, HR Portal, 360 performance appraisal) for all EMEA countries.

Your role:

• Handling personal files& preparing respective employment documentation

• Answering employees' queries

• Processing and updating requests in case management system

• Inputting of data into HR systems

• Running reports from SAP HR/ Workday

You're the right fit if:

• Last year student in Bachelor's or Master's studies

• FluentEnglish and Polish ( both orally and in writing )

• Possibility to work 32-40 hours/per week

• Ability to work 100% from the office

• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload
