What you’ll be doing:

The Head of the Original Programming for Bleacher Report Football will be accountable for the ideation and creation of shows and series to run across our social platforms plus app, with potential for external licensing. This role will consist in working closely with the Executive Editor to ensure the content fits with overall strategy and have a day-to-day relationship with the Managing Editors of Social to capitalise on audience learnings and follow best practices. Additionally, it will involve coordinating closely with the commercial team to deliver sponsored formats and insert branded integrations and deliver the best content and formats for social media platforms.

Essential Criteria:

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive working experience in digital media
  • Good knowledge of social networks
  • Knowledge on what kind of content works on social, and what people share
  • Knowledge on how to create unique content experiences
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communications skills
  • Deep knowledge in sport, entertainment and popular culture
