Who we’re looking for
At CBRE Investment Accounting and Reporting Solutions (‘CBRE IA&R’) we are hiring for a Treasury Analyst to join our UK Team in London. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager you willhave a collaborative role with the Payments team.
You are a dynamic and flexible person andare able toperform individual tasks independently. Together with the team you willbe responsible fortimelyfollow up on reminders and others payment relates queries,reporting on andmonitoringthe invoice processandmaintainingcontactwithclients, banks, IA&Rcolleaguesand external service providers in ensuring the accuracy of bank account information and smooth processing of client requests.
In this role, as a Treasury Analyst for CBRE IA&R, you work in a successful and ambitious organisation that is leading in the Fund Accounting of Real Estate Funds, including open/closed ended direct funds, listed REITs, mutual funds investing in global real estate securities as well as private partnership and multi-manager funds.We also manage joint ventures and separate accounts meeting specific client investment requirements. You will join a team that provides core accounting services, plus investment/ product support to the real estate fund range in UK & Europe.
Within CBRE IA&R, you will be challenged to develop yourself, to extend your knowledge and skills and to further improve and professionalise various processes within the company.
What are going to be your main responsibilities?
Complete KYC/AML procedures onUK and Luxembourgsuppliers
Process UK and Luxembourg fund invoices through our Yardi systemwithin the SLA period
Be the key point of contact for all AP related queries.
Assistwith the maintenance and recording of data on our Yardi system
Opening and closingof UK and Luxembourgbank accounts
Maintaining banking user access and signatory lists
Weekly bank reconciliations
Provide support to internal & external audits.
Work with the wider team to continually refine and improve existing procedures/practices and processes with a view to increased operational efficiency

Somepreviousexperience of working in an accounts payablefunction may help but is not a requirement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
