Based in LA, this position will autonomously perform complex and comprehensive administrative support for an awesome SVP in our Ad Sales division.
He/She must show initiative in assisting the SVP in all areas of daily business including:
-Preparing correspondence and reports, screening all calls and visitors
-Scheduling meetings, managing travel and handling expense reports.
-Coordinating department-wide merchandise orders and office supplies.
-Often making independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling of work.
-Managing various status reports and important ad hoc projects.
-Assisting in the creation of well-designed PowerPoint presentations and documents.
-Managing other special projects as needed.
Interested candidates should strive to be an extension of the SVP and therefore demonstrate at all times:
-Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
-Friendly and efficient personality
-Exemplary phone manner, and the ability to anticipate needs whenever possible.
·3-7+ years administrative experience at the Executive level preferred
·Passion for and understanding of social media and the digital space ideal
·Project experience a plus
·Team player, creative and able to balance lots at once
·MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and typing skills required
·Proactive, personable, strong ability to multitask, desire to be involved
·Bachelor's Degree preferred
