Job Summary/Description:

WAVE seeks a detail-oriented, technology-savvy Sales Assistant capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously such as inputting orders, providing assistance, and being an overall part of the sales process. The ideal candidate must be very organized with a positive attitude who can prioritize while calmly multitasking. Excellent data entry skills are essential. You will enjoy working in a fun culture that offers a professional environment with excellent growth opportunities. We offer extensive sales and marketing training and the best advertising products to sell in the market.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Act as a secondary client contact, understanding client goals and optimizing success for each campaign
• Work closely with Multimedia Salespersons to provide assistance as needed
• Assist with creating presentations and any other necessary tasks that are relevant to meeting team goals
• Must be able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Promote positive working relationships within the department

Qualifications/Requirements:

• A strong interest and passion for advertising
• BA/BS degree preferred
• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
