In this role, you will play a key role in transforming business problems into actionable insights by leveraging data analytics. From identifying trends to providing strategic recommendations, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and optimize business processes. Job Responsibilities: * Works independently to develop scalable, innovative approaches to extracting, managing, and analyzing data. * Works to develop and support embedded analytic strategy by integrating current industry best practices. * Champions change and supports culture transformation through adoption of analytic and automation skills. * Optimizes data models through normalization, table analysis, and review of queries. * Collaborates with others responsible for analytics across the organization to teach techniques and work together to solve data and analytic problems. * Ensures success of analytics across the company by removing barriers. * Works with management to assist with employee development and upskilling of junior team members. * Engages in other duties as needed that support Alliant Energy\'s Values and helps deliver on our Purpose to serve customers and build stronger communities. Required Experience * 5 years of direct experience in a related field (statistics, performance management, analytics, or research). * Experience with data modeling and architecting analytics solutions. * Experience communicating complex data in simple form. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor\'s Degree Emphasis in math, statistics, analytics, operations research, computer science or other applicable field. * Experience working with \"Big Data\" environments such as Snowflake. * Experience working with geographically dispersed team. * Experience working with interdisciplinary teams. * Experience working with utilities.
