Description and Requirements

Core Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of at least one of the core technologies – Database, data lake, Middleware, and ERP.

  • Some of the key technologies include but are not limited to Oracle, MS SQL, NexGen databases such as MySQL, Cassandra, NO SQL, MariaDB, Tibco, Open-Source technologies, WebSphere, etc.

  • Ability to lead and manage the team for monitoring and Schedule Jobs, reporting errors, User Access management, and escalations.

  • Ability to define, refine, and manage SOPs for day-to-day operations.

  • Ability to work with business owners for service continuity including break-fix, and disaster recovery activities.

  • Led and manage team to support activities for new site rollout, upgrades, and updates on a need basis.

  • Shift Operations Management

  • Ability to track, manage and comply with KPIs, Obligations, and SLAs

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Create, review, and validate the training contents, and deliver new resources, and new technologies.

  • Collaborate and be part of periodic various IT Audits as directed by the client.

  • Knowledge of data analytics, data compliance, and integration technologies would be an added advantage.

Soft and Leadership skills

  • Ability to lead and drive for results and client C-SAT is met.

  • Ability to lead large and cross-collaboration, matrix teams.

  • Independently work and engage customers directly.

  • Mentoring and coaching skills

  • Operational Budgeting and cost management

  • Staffing and resourcing

  • Partner relationships for staffing

Experience & Skills

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

  • Experience: 10-12 years of working experience; 5-7 Years of customer services

  • Excellent command over verbal & written English Language

  • Experience with ticketing tools

  • Skilled in Excel

  • Persistent, detail-oriented, able to multitask
