Description

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support their Workday Financial Management implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday implementations, received train-the-trainer instruction, and developed desktop procedures for optimized ERP utilization. Management of accounting operations is helpful for this role. The day-to-day responsibilities are below:

Essential Functions:

• Lead as Workday Financial Management subject matter expert.

• Clearly communicate technical concepts in business terms between and across the different groups.

• Participate in ERP upgrade initiatives that include user expectations, functional materials for each role, accountability, and deliverables.

• Support change management process including development of training materials, communicating changes, and delivering training to end users.

Requirements of the Position:

• Knowledge of Workday and its implementation.

• Knowledge of current issues and trends in hospital and health care industries.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze highly complex systems and workflows and implement solutions to simplify, streamline, and automate transactions.

• Ability to conceptualize, plan, organize, coordinate, and manage the work of a major program or function within the department.

• Demonstrated ability to engage actively in complex discussions.

• Ability to collaborate and build consensus with stakeholders.
