Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Miami, Florida

Description We are searching for a meticulous and diligent Accounts Payable Clerk to work in Miami, Florida. This role involves managing full-cycle accounts payable, executing account reconciliations and data entry tasks, and handling vendor statement reconciliation. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the telecom provider industry.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage full-cycle accounts payable operations.

• Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency of entered data.

• Execute data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data.

• Conduct vendor statement reconciliation, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

• Run check runs efficiently and timely.

• Code invoices correctly to maintain the integrity of financial information.

• Use MS Great Plains Dynamics and other relevant software to streamline accounts payable processes.

• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, and Data Entry.

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Spanish.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, SAP, and MS Great Plains Accounting to maintain and analyze financial data. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle and SAP

• Familiarity with MS Great Plains Dynamics, MS Great Plains Accounting, and MS Great Plains Solomon

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills.
