Description

Robert Half has an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable (A/R) professional! Responsibilities of this position include: enter, post and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare aging report, place billing and collection calls, maintain cash receipts journal, update, and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L. This is a long-term contract position with a mid-sized company in Mounds View.

Responsibilities

• Confirm documents and codes

• Pinpoint delinquent customer accounts

• Contact clients to help resolve payment issues; assist in setting up payment plans

• Process payments and reports in compliance with GAAP

• Reconcile bank accounts, posting and balancing financial data in various ledgers

Requirements

• AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Entry-level applicants considered

• Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

• Solid understanding of account analysis

• Microsoft Excel experience
