We are looking for a

Assistant Bar Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

You are responsible for a smooth service process, take care of all guest requests and concerns and act as the first point of contact

Ensure that the high standards guests expect from Hilton are maintained and further improved at all times

Assist in the recruitment, management, training and development of the Food and Beverage team

Handle guest enquiries in a timely and efficient manner

Establish departmental goals and objectives, work plans, budgets, and policies and procedures

Order necessary materials

Support other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Opportunity to work on the 6th working day and earn 16.50 euros (net) per hour

Your profile

You have successfully completed training in the hotel or catering industry

You have already gained initial professional experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry

You are a team player and know how to motivate your employees with your excellent leadership skills

You are a passionate host and enjoy working with people from different cultures

You are no stranger to reliability and organisational skills

You are creative and incorporate your ideas into the daily work process

Fluent German and English are no problem for you
