What part will you play?

  • Providing general administrative support to the team, such as scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence

  • Supporting internal initiatives, creation and dispatch of internal communication newsletters

  • Content creation, e.g. for Viva Engage postings

  • Preparation and support for events and appointments of the Global Head of Communications

  • Support in the creation of briefings for the Global Head of Communications by researching information and creating personal profiles

  • Management of content on the “CM Knowledge Hub”, Microsoft Sharepoint

  • Compiling information for reports and presentations, including creation of appealing and structured power point presentations

  • Working closely with other departments and collaborating with cross-functional teams on special projects.

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field and would like to support us for 15-20 hours/week.

  • Preferably you have already gained some experience in organizing events or communication campaigns during your studies.

  • You have a basic understanding of the principles of project management.

  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, ideally you are also familiar with SharePoint.

  • As you work in an international environment, we can rely on your very good command of English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.

  • You can perform your work mainly on site at our headquarters in Munich.

  • Basic knowledge of analytics & reporting: Monitoring and analysing communication metrics, compiling reports on key performance indicators.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a very dynamic environment

  • Ability to work proactively and independently as well as in a team, excellent organizational skills
