POSITION OVERVIEW:

If you are an experienced Administration professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Navi Mumbai location and candidates from other locations can also apply provided they are ready for relocation. You will partner with various teams based at Mumbai Location and undertake various administrative tasks, ensuring the employes have adequate support to work efficiently at that location. Reporting to Admin Manager, you will coordinate tasks that includes handling office equipment, events coordination, arranging travel, vendor management, printing stationery and office maintenance.

As an Administration incumbent, You Will Focus On

  • Primary task includes handling office facilities, maintenance, leasing, insurance, purchase of office equipment & supplies.

  • Ensuring compliance of SOPs and company policies

  • Lead the team of outsourced Contractors and handling their daily task

  • Handling courier and stationery for the site

  • Supporting all general administration jobs including implementation of outsourcing service.

  • Improving and developing various kinds of administrative services for enhancing quality and efficiency at the site while being cost conscious.

  • Close coordination with admin teams across other offices.

  • Supporting the business teams in Visitor and event Management.

  • End to End Employee Transport management and cafeteria management.

  • Work closely with Security to ensure admin support is extended to the facility as per need.

  • Support recreation team in planning & arranging food services for special events and festivals

  • This incumbent will look after all Admin Vendor Management and its due diligence.

  • Supporting the site in various internal and external audits.

  • Handling and working closely with various government agencies and authorities

  • Will work closely for record management

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any stream, and/or business-related field.

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant Administration experience.

  • Problem solver with excellent task management and prioritization skills; well-organized and detail oriented.

  • Proven understanding of various administration fields

  • Excels at self-managing workload and completing multiple concurrent projects to meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication, presentation with ability to drive colleagues by influence (often virtually), and comfortably engage in decision-making levels.

  • Ability to optimally interact with all levels of the organization to meet landmarks.

  • Ability to deal with conflicting priorities from internal stakeholders and demonstrate resilience and strong influencing skills to manage these effectively.

  • Confidence and interpersonal/communication skills to work and influence at all levels.

  • Experience of working in matrix organization

  • Highly adept at stakeholder management and relationship building.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
